Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
(1) By registering as a member of our company’s marketing program or by beginning to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all contents of these Service Terms, and fully accept all current and future service items and features provided.
Our marketing service operator reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any revised terms will be announced on the website. Members are advised to review the updates regularly.

(2) Both the member and the Association agree that all communications, including declarations of intent and all contents related to the use of this service, may be made in electronic form.
(3) If you are under 20 years of age, in addition to complying with all the above conditions, your parent or legal guardian must read, understand, and agree to these Membership Terms and any subsequent amendments before you may begin or continue using the service.
Your use or continued use of the service indicates that your parent or legal guardian has read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these Terms and any future modifications.
To ensure the protection of members’ personal data, privacy, and consumer rights during transaction processes, your personal data will be used in accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
