Returns & Exchanges for Physical Products
How to Request a Return or Exchange
  • If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer service within 7 days from the day after the product is delivered (including weekends and holidays) via online message or phone. Please provide your name, contact number, order number, and reason for return/exchange. Please note: The 7-day period is a “cooling-off period,” not a trial period. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must remain in brand-new condition, including the product itself, all accessories, gifts, warranty cards, zip bags, seals, original packaging, special packaging, the product box, and any accompanying documents or materials.
  • To protect your rights, please record a complete unboxing video when opening the package. All return requests for missing items or defective products must be supported by an unedited, continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened outer packaging. Videos with fast-forwarding or editing cannot be accepted.
  • Each order is eligible for one return request only. If excessive returns or malicious return behavior is detected, we may suspend or terminate your shopping privileges.
Situations Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges
  • Items with removed/damaged tags, items that have been washed, or items not in complete new condition cannot be returned. (This does not apply to defective items.)
  • According to international inspection standards, the following are not considered defects: measurement deviation within ±2 cm, loose threads, minor stains, color differences due to display screens, fabric smell, or any conditions disclosed on the product page.
  • Please keep the invoice. Returns cannot be processed without a complete invoice.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate items, personal-care items, yoga accessories, towels, and similar products cannot be returned once opened or used, or if they carry odor or foreign substances.
Refund Process
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will first verify that the product is correct and complete. After confirmation, we will proceed with the refund. Refunds will be issued directly to the original credit card used for payment.
Return Shipping Fees
  • Returns requested within the 7-day cooling-off period (including holidays) are eligible for one free return shipping per order.
  • If the refund causes the remaining order amount to fall below the free-shipping threshold, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Important Notes for Returns & Exchanges
  • Please pack the item securely in a separate shipping box or bag. Do not apply the shipping label directly on the product’s original box.
  • If a return causes the order to no longer meet the minimum purchase requirement for a free gift, the gift must also be returned in brand-new, unopened condition.
  • Coupons and store credits are considered complimentary rewards. Once used, they become invalid immediately (including orders cancelled by customers or automatically cancelled by the system due to non-payment). They cannot be reissued or reused.
  • When cancelling an order or requesting a return, only the amount actually paid will be refunded. Coupons and store credits cannot be reused, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional activities.
  • By submitting a return request, you acknowledge and agree to our return policy and authorize us to process invoice cancellation, credit note issuance, and related procedures.
